Students are encouraged to attend at least two classes per week to develop self-discipline, ensure progress and keep interest alive. Please choose one A day and one B day.

  • A DAYS: Defense Drills and Speed Drills, students should bring safety equipment
  • B DAYS: Pattern and Highest Techniques

NO CLASSES Monday after testing, belt presentation 6:30 PM (except Tiny Tigers at 5:00 PM).
